Application forms for the AGRO SHOW exhibitions are avilable only in electronic version. Please download forms, fill out and print out editable PDF files.
APPLICATION WITH DISCOUNT – DEADLINE MAY 10th, 2023!
Conditions of participating in AGRO SHOW 2023 exhibition:
1. Acceptance of exhibition regulations.
2. Sending correctly filled out application forms together with copy of entry in the register of entrepreneurs till JUNE 16th 2023.
3. Payment of appropriate fees after receiving pro-forma from Organizer.
Each exhibitor has to sent filled out forms A page 1 & 2; A2 page 1 & 2; form with stand size (A3 or A4 or A5).

Form A
- Form A – information about Exhibitor,
- Form A1 – information on sub-exhibitor(s);
- Form A2 – obligatory entry into the electronic version catalogue; dealers at the Stand;
- Form A3 – order for the exhibtion area- location by the airstrip;
- Form A4 – order for the exhibition stand – location not by the airstrip;
- Form A5 – order for the exhibition stand area with structures in the tent hall; Form A6 – building the stand;
Form B
- electric power,
- Exhibitor logos at electronic version exhibition plans,
- wireless internet access,
- stand cleaning,
- banners on free standing frames by the driveways,
- advertisement in the electronic version of Exhibition Catalogue,
- advertisement masts,
- portable water dispenser, bottles with water, disposable cups
- subscription car part (attended),
- car park for trucks,
- individual protection of a stand,
- additional accessories rental.
